Customer insights and feedback are at the heart of the marketing organization within HP. They drive our decision making, guide our product portfolio, and define our future strategy. HP's Customer Welcome Center (CWC) gives us the opportunity to interact face to face with customers from all over the world and have live dialogue about our products and solutions.

As an HP Future Product Marketing intern, you will develop a new process and tool to capture that valuable customer feedback and share with key stakeholders throughout the organization. The tool you develop will enable marketing to better understand customer trends and needs by region and vertical industry.

As an HP Future Product Marketing Intern you will be responsible for:

* Creating a process and tool to capture and share customer feedback from the CWC
* Attending customer briefings to develop understanding of briefing process, types of insights, and materials presented
* Structuring data to be digestible and usable to a variety of cross-functional stakeholders
* Working with marketing, R&D, and Customer Insights team to understand objectives and strategies that will guide tool development and structure
* Training HP employees on using tool to enter and receive customer data
* Presenting tool to Customer Insights, Hardware Marketing and Solutions Marketing teams
* Participating in intern and HW Marketing activities
* Learning about LaserJet business and marketing careers at HP


* Third year of university completed in marketing/business/technical/data science field
* Summer Full-time Internship, possible extension to part-time during the school year
* MBA studies preferred
* Data science and market research coursework desired
* Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Passion for customers and marketing
