HP.com Store Intern - Customer Service Program Associate

Join the HP.com Store team for an internship that will give you real-world experience with the dynamic operation of a global Sales and Contact Center operation. Our team is responsible for making every customer interaction an effortless one. We also work to affect change in the organization that helps our customers have a better, more seamless experience in buying from HP directly.

Work with the team to assess the quality of our operations, use data to identify opportunities, carry out pilot tests, measure results and roll out changes. Use professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develop expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.


* Communicates project status, process standards and changes, and issues and workarounds, clearly and succinctly to business and function.
* Conducts research and data analysis for assigned projects.
* Responsible for quality testing, analysis and troubleshooting.
* Responsible for process improvement projects.

Education and Experience Required

* University experience toward degree in a related field.

Knowledge and Skills

* Basic knowledge of operational business processes.
* Basic understanding of core HP businesses.
* Good communication skills (i.e. written, verbal, presentation) and mastery of English.
* Good knowledge of process area.
* Tools experience including Excel.
* Self-driven and motivated.
* Able to organize and manage time efficiently.
* work effectively and efficiently individually and as a member of a team in a fast paced environment.
