US Intern Program Manager

Job Description:

HPE has been committed to hiring and developing students since its inception. After all, we were founded by two recent college graduates! The University Recruiting Strategy team is responsible for building a candidate pool for HPE's graduate and intern hiring, to attract the best and brightest students to come to HPE. We are hiring an Intern Program Lead for the US, to execute our pan-HPE Intern Strategy by driving an excellent experience for our US interns. This hire should be passionate about interns and giving them an incredible work experience to help them develop their career, as well as understanding the positive impact they can make at HPE. Responsibilities include:

* Identify intern coordinators for each primary site
* Lead Site coordinator teams to implement strategy and manage spend
* Intern survey
* Drive ROI of the intern program through a robust intern conversion rate, including pulling and reporting on intern data
* Support HPE's commitment to inclusion and diversity
* Look for opportunities to innovate current program design
* Develop and conduct
* US intern manager training
* Manage to budget, both with direct spend and driving others to document allocated intern spend
* May be engaged in some global intern activities as well
* May be asked to attend some recruiting events for university candidates
* Some travel may be required

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* 4-6 years of experience in a related role
* Experience working with interns and other university students preferred
* Strong program management skills required
* Strong communication skills required
* Strong partnership experience required
* Demonstrated operational experience required
