Job Description

The Clinical Supervisor position is a rewarding role in which you can gain supervisory experience, while still being connected to those we serve. In this role you will assist in leading a growing team in providing necessary behavioral health services to clients, while also maintaining a small caseload yourself. As a Clinical Supervisor you will lead treatment team meetings, provide supervision and support to the region's clinical staff, and assist in the professional development of our clinical staff. Please note, you do NOT need to be a Certified Professional Credentialing Supervisor (CPCS) and do not need to be able to provide supervision for licensure track for this position.

Qualifications: LPC, LMFT, LCSW required, or must be within three months of testing for full licensure. Masters degree must be in a Human Services field such as Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, etc. and license must be in the state of Georgia. A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field to include working with children and families which may include intern, volunteer, and professional child and family services work.

Our network of caseworkers, therapists and counselors cover over 85 counties, all of which coincide with the service areas of the Tennessee Department of Children's Services. We offer in-home casework, therapy, and counseling as well as Intensive Outpatient (IOP) for at-risk youth, families and communities, with the steadfast goal of promoting reunification and/or permanency goals for all parties involved.
