Job Description

Health Connect America, a progressive Behavioral Health Care Company, seeks candidates to lead and facilitate our Intensive Outpatient Program, primarily treating substance abuse in adults and adolescent populations in a group setting. Position is located in our Knoxville region. General duties include: leading the the outpatient group process, meeting with clients and families individually as needed; and documenting services. QUALIFICATIONS: At minimum, possession of a Bachelor's degree in a human service field with at least 5 years intern/work experience in substance abuse treatment and recovery process required. Master's Degree in the human service field (or LADAC) preferred with a focus on substance abuse treatment with intern/work experience in substance abuse treatment and recovery process. Experience in leading group therapy services required. Successful applicant must undergo comprehensive background check, and must have valid driver's license with safe driving record. Must be able to work late afternoons and evenings during the week. Full and part time positions available. HCA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
