As a Materfiles Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring Parallon revenue system dictionaries and master file adherence to operational and financial standards through monitoring efforts identifying opportunities for greater efficiencies through process improvement and systems integration.

What you will do in this role:

* Responsible for oversight of SSC master files (Host/Meditech/GL. Iplan, Log ID, Bill Codes, F/C, Rev Codes, Agency Master, and Other Dictionaries).
* Oversees master file compliance with operational and financial standards.
* Reviews business, user, functional and non-functional system requirements to ensure master file setup consistency.
* Manages the exception-based report generation for dictionary compliance.
* Screen, interview, hire and train new employees
* Manage productivity of each staff member and review with staff on a monthly basis
* Review and reconcile discrepancies on the master file maintenance reports
* Maintain market synchronism and coordination
* Understands revenue cycle operation and technologies currently in place.

EDUCATION

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Management or related field required
* Continuing education in data processing related fields preferred

EXPERIENCE

Minimum three years' experience in related area with two of these years being healthcare management experience OR completion of the Parallon Manager Trainee Program.
