Marketing Coordinator - TEMP Position

Function/Purpose:

Hasbro's Export Markets Marketing Unit based in Miami, Florida, has immediate need for an energetic individual who is poised to assist in assigned tasks to support our Marketing Department. This opportunity is available for up to 12 months.

The selected candidate will ensure executional excellence to assigned projects completion on time and budget. He/She will work closely with marketing team members, and will provide day-to-day assistance on marketing and administrative tasks as appropriate.

Job Description:

The Marketing Coordinator TEMP position, provides support to a variety of marketing related projects and assists in the execution of brand activations.

Budget organization, web and digital support, samples project management, media and production coordination, marketing presentations assistance, and other marketing and administrative activities as required.

The ideal candidate will be dynamic, creative and possess the ability to multitask and work with multiple personality styles and levels of professional staff in a team-based office environment.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Spanish.

The ability to work independently, organize and prioritize work assignments, and feel comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment is a must.

Demonstrated proficiency with web-based tools and MS Office, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must.

Digital marketing experience is a plus.

Experience with SAP is a plus.

Education and Experience Requirements:
:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field.

• Fully Bilingual English and Spanish

• At least 1 year of experience working in a marketing department


Critical Skills:

• Compelling communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams.

• Ability to perform on a fast changing environment.

• Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously, under tight time constraints.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

• Well developed verbal, written and presentation skills.
