Music Marketing Intern, Fall 2017

Hasbro Studios in Burbank, CA is seeking a Music Marketing Intern to assist with Location Based Entertainment (LBE) licensees (new & existing) from the time a deal is executed until end of term of the license. The team handles development and production issues and communication between Hasbro and licensee, as well as internal Hasbro communications. The intern will assist in this process in addition to the approval process with LBE/Studio Creative Director, Global Brand Teams and outside consultants. We are looking for a student to work 20 hours a week until the end of November.


- Travel arrangements for talent

- Event invite / RSVP coordination

- Helps produce Powerpoints and one-sheets

- Assist with Asset Deliveries

- Assist with artwork requests and communicate with design team

- Administrative work: accounting paperwork processing

- Taking notes for meetings

- Social media content creation

- Coordinate artwork approvals

- Assist with Sony Music deliverables and requests

- Various office tasks


Must be a current undergraduate student enrolled in a degree program, graudates in May 2017 or earlier are not eligible for our intern program
Preferred Major: Marketing

Ability to use Photoshop for editing and creating content

Social media experience required

Experience with Excel, Powerpoint

Knowledge of television and music / pop culture landscape a plus

Interviews will be held in September via SKYPE, on campus or in person in Burbank, CA.

Candidates are responsible for their own housing & transportation. Hasbro's office is located near the Bob Hope Airport.
