Replenishment Analyst - Growth Channels

Function/Purpose:

As a key member of our dedicated Sales and Replenishment Team, you will assist in driving and maximizing sales with our Growth Channel retail partners. Using your expertise, you will generate reports and analysis to identify inventory opportunities, partnering with both internal and external partners to secure orders and monitor the flow of inventory through the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with the Director of Replenishment to implement best practices and exception reporting to maximize POS, maintain healthy in stocks and secure incremental orders to ultimately achieve division ship goals. Responsibilities will include the following:

• In stocks - review weekly and provide analysis for items below corporate target. Weekly meeting with key account counterparts to review current week's business and address any inventory opportunities as they relate to in stocks, events and POS potential.

• Order management - ensure proper amount of orders are in the pipeline at all times. Work with account support, flow and Hasbro Far East to meet customer requested ship dates. Communicate any PO maintenance / quantity adjustments to customer on a weekly basis.

• Inventory Flow - act as liaison between customers, account support and logistics departments to ensure smooth flow of inventory. Communicate any purchase order or inventory flow issues to customer and follow up accordingly

• Sales Support / Reporting - responsible for timely and accurate reporting of POS and Inventory from customer's system to support the Sales staff in their day to day activities. Look for commonality and streamlining of reporting to support multiple accounts. Become the resident expert in obtaining this information and providing to the sales force on a weekly basis. Reports to include scorecards, 52 week reports, forecast meeting documents and ladder plans.

Education, knowledge and experience required:

• B.A. / B.S. in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related discipline

• 2 to 3 years' experience in a retail or wholesale corporate environment as a replenishment analyst, demand planner, allocation analyst, or similar capacity.

• Proficiency with business applications (Word, Access, Outlook).

• Intermediate/advanced Excel skills

• Strong Analytical/Problem Solving/Presentation Skills

• Ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment

• Strong Organizational and Project Management Skills

• Strong Interpersonal/Written/Verbal Communication Skills

• Vendor portal experience a plus
