Associate Social Communications Manager - Temporary role

Reporting to the Director of Global Communications, this temporary role will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams on the development and execution of integrated social media strategies that support PR initiatives such as brand launches, product announcements or entertainment reveals, ensuring consistency throughout all communication channels.

• Day-to-day community management across multiple Hasbro corporate and brand social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and YouTube

• Reviewing and posting social content, developing, and maintaining guardrails and escalation protocol, fostering dialogue with fans, managing issues and crises and responding to consumer inquiries

• Communicating our Brand Blueprint, mission, purpose, values and other global business strategies

• Being the eyes and ears of Hasbro's Brands and communicating findings to the appropriate cross-functional team when necessary.

Skills Required:

Social Media Expertise - 1 to 5 years professional experience in PR, social media, digital marketing or related field. Previous direct experience with community management, content development, or social media required. Digital expertise and awareness of trends required.

Project Management- Demonstrated operational excellence in project management and organizational skills, including ability to track progress to meet deadlines

Partnership/Teamwork - ability to work well with a variety of people and be flexible to take on different roles/responsibilities as things change. Relationship-building is a must.

Technology - Working knowledge and understanding of online community platform tools and strong computer skills -MS Office, Internet and other PC applications.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required
