Web Services ESB Engineer

Are you a skilled developer with a solid background in web technologies, web service design and development? Role :

The Web Services ESB Engineer will work with and under the direction of the Enterprise Development & Services Team to design, build, and support reusable services and integrations used by various business units. The Web Services ESB Engineer will design and build REST and SOAP APIs using Mulesoft Anypoint Studio and their iPaaS platform as well as support legacy systems and integrations.

The Web Services ESB Engineer will work with a team, individually, and as a support lead. The Web Services ESB Engineer should be able to collaborate with architects, developers, support teams & customers. The Web Services ESB Engineer can work in a fast paced, collaborative, iterative environment, is a fast learner, and must have good issue analysis, RCA and investigation skills.

Required Experience :

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and developing high volume web services using API Protocols and Data Formats (REST, JSON, SOAP & XML).
• 3+ years Java development experience and other high-level programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, etc.
• 2+ years of Experience in service transformation, routing, enrichment and orchestration and API Products like Mulesoft, Tibco, WSO2, APIGEE or similar platform in designing API facades, designing and implementing API Proxies
• Strong knowledge in API Modeling languages and annotation (Swagger, RAML, etc)
• Writes testable code using JUnit, MUnit, etc.
• Experience with CI process and build tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Maven
• A Good Understanding of SOA, Integrations, & Cloud Software
• Experience developing in agile and with tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Desire to innovate, participate in continuous improvements, & learn new technology

Preferred :

• MuleSoft Anypoint Studio (Development and Troubleshooting)
• Mule ESB, Anypoint Connectors and Dev Toolkit,
• Environment Management (Anypoint On-premise & CloudHub)
• Mule Management Console, Mule Agent, MUnit
• Anypoint Platform Administration (Application Management, Deployment & Monitoring)
• Experience in using Graylog

• Need excellent oral and written communication skills
