Creative Producer, Digital Production

Location: RI - Pawtucket

Creative Producer will manage the overall project and game design development efforts of multiple assigned brands by providing guidance and direction to licensee development teams. This position reports to the Director of Production for Digital Media & Gaming and is based in our corporate offices in Pawtucket, RI.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project manage digital media efforts to ensure on-time production, to ensure world-wide consistency in product quality and game experience, and to provide project visibility to management
- Supply licensee partners with necessary digital assets - including localization assets - on a timely basis to ensure streamlined production effort
- Perform ongoing and final play-through quality pass to ensure final product integrity
- Work with licensees to control final product quality and ensure there are no end consumer issues during -post-QA' testing. Coordinate with local Hasbro teams as necessary.
- Ensures that product design is appropriate for brand strategy, target demographic and platform.
- Leverages internal and external resources and demonstrates ability to schedule and manage multiple simultaneous projects and assignments.
- Demonstrates well-developed sense of creativity, foresight, and mature design, development and creative judgment in anticipating and solving problems.
- Maintains knowledge and skills in new technology and design methods, and keeps abreast of industry developments.
- Regular travel both domestic and international to licensee studios/offices to attend production kick-offs, provide guidance on game development, conduct onsite approvals and critical milestone evaluations.

Education, knowledge and experience:

- BA/BS degree
- 3 to 5 years experience in a licensor or production role in a video or mobile gaming company
- Prior experience managing known intellectual property in the digital gaming space
- Experienced at managing significant contracts with external vendors and project teams
- Knowledgeable of industry developments and trends within Mobile gaming, console gaming, PC gaming, consumer electronics, entertainment media and wireless
- Thorough understanding of the development process, with proven ability to manage new game development from concept through release
- Solid understanding of digital asset -supply chain management' (different file formats, optimal asset sourcing and transmission methods) esp. for mobile and web based applications
- Proven track record of successful (e.g. on time, on spec) project management with external development studios
- Experience should include projects for a wide range of platforms and demographics
- Experience working with marketing teams to incorporate marketing research results into new game development process
- Strong video game industry knowledge required
