Job Description

The My Little Pony team on the hunt for a unicorn in a field full of horses. Nimble and proactive. Collaborative and resourceful. Entrepreneurial and innovative. With a detail-oriented mindset that combines strong creative acumen with analytic based judgement, you will support all global marketing efforts for the brand including content creation, campaign development and brand strategy to drive the My Little Pony franchise.

Here's what you can expect from this role:

* Contribute to long-term global franchise strategy across all consumer touchpoints including digital, social media, publicity, music, gaming, and events
* Partner with cross-functional teams to execute key brand initiatives, including finding innovative ways to grow the business.
* Assist in development of all consumer facing franchise marketing activities such as advertising and other marketing communication.
* Assist in managing digital and social campaigns including maintaining all global marketing calendars for our brand publicity, social, and digital activities across multiple platforms.
* Use analytics and best practices to assist in the creation of digital assets to support product and marketing communications, and lead maintenance and trafficking of assets to key internal and external partners.
* Support the development and management of the brand's entertainment and content creation based on audience insights.
* Become the global consumer insights and competitive market expert and leverage learnings on franchise development.

* Data analysis: You have a good sense of quantitative and qualitative information and can leverage data and insights to influence the brand strategy.
* Marketing campaigns: You can coordinate and measure a campaign (clear objective, target audience, omnichannel).

Education and Experience Requirements:

* Experience in supporting fully integrated marketing programs
* Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
* Global marketplace understanding
* Digitally savvy (product development, consumer marketing, retail)
* Financial, business and strategic acumen
