Job Summary
Join the GIS team as a Security Analyst within the Controls, Compliance, and Supplier Security Assessment space and help provide strong analytical, technical, administrative, and process expertise in a wide range of controls, compliance, security standards, and assessments.

Here is what you'll do:

• Related standards, frameworks, and activities include SOX, GCC, FDIC, COBIT, NIST, ISO27001, Identify and Access Management, Risk Mitigation, User Access, and Terminations on various architectural platforms.

• This position is a member of the CISO team that maintains assessment of controls and adherence to the security standards of H-D applications, systems, connections, and information assets while enabling the business to meet corporate goals and objectives.

• Collaborate with the team in sustaining compliance and control processes while applying knowledge of industry security and controls frameworks and experience to improve assessment processes.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with a diverse team of compliance and security professionals: Contractors, Professional Services, and off shore support team

• Engages with both internal and external audit professionals in all manner of evidence gathering, reporting, and responding to audit inquiries

• Interact with a wide range of stake holders at all levels of the company and with various levels of compliance and security knowledge with clear, diplomatic, and effective communications

• Contributes in provide solutions for complex problems with varied process integration points and different technical platforms

• Perform security risk assessments, recommend solutions, provide input to estimates of work effort, provides input to project plans, monitors project tasks and engages team members as needed

• Analyze security capabilities and provide feedback and overall risk results to stakeholders

• Recognized as the subject matter expert in Controls standards, Compliance solutions, Security requirements and best practices, risk assessment and assessing supplier security capabilities

Education Required

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Certifications from ITIL, ISC2, ISACA, SAP, IAPP, CSA or other industry recognized organizations.

Experience Required

• A minimum of 3 years of related experience is required

• Experience in areas of controls, compliance, and audits

• Analytical, planning, problem solving abilities

• Knowledgeable in compliance, security and risk assessment practices

• Some skills in user administration, access, authorization, and provisioning practices

• Knowledge of audit procedures, evidence gathering or reporting

• Exposure to mitigation practices


• Prior experience in auditing and compliance reporting

• Experience with user support, access provisioning, or workflow automation

• Experience in continuous improvement methods

• Experience with controls compliance, auditing, privileged access management, and risk impact analysis, supplier security assessment

This is an HDFS position but will be physically located at the Juneau Avenue office in Milwaukee, WI.
