Our Powertrain Operations facility, located on Pilgrim Road in Menomonee Falls, WI, is where the -jewel' of the motorcycle comes to life. Pilgrim Road employees produce engines and transitions for the final assembly plants in York, Pennsylvania, and Kansas City, Missouri as well as transmissions, and replacement parts for sale through Harley-Davidson® Genuine Motor Parts and Accessories business.

Join our team as the Information Management Lead and help provide the technology, architecture, design and delivery of solutions within one or more technical Center of Expertise's (COEs) within the Data Architecture/Information Management discipline in manner that returns quantified business value.

Here is what you'll do:

• Success is measured by the ability to consistently achieve key functional and individual results with superior quality and delivery within one or more of the Information Management COE disciplines including:
1) Data Warehousing & Business Intelligence,
2) Data Integrations,
3) Reference & Master Data Management,
4) Data Quality Management,
5) Metadata Management,
6) Data Security Management,
7) Database Operations Management,
8) Document & Content Management,
9) Data Architecture Management,
10) Data Governance,
11) Data Development.

• Partner closely with fellow Information Management Managers to ensure GIS Data strategies, capabilities, and technologies, are defined and positioned appropriately to respond to current and future business requirements.

Education Required
A Bachelors Degree in Business or Computer Sciences or a related technical discipline is preferred. Advanced degree a plus. PMI certification desired.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in GIS Information Management application design and delivery, with a proven record of accomplishment in planning, managing, and delivering information systems.

• Demonstrated effective people management and development skills in a consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution company.

• Strong experience in, and orientation toward, solution design, project management and structured system development methodologies.

• Prior SAP Data Migration, Data Governance and Meta Data Management project experience with experience in ETL Development using SAP DataServices.

• SAP general Knowledge - Materials, Manufacturing , Finance, Master Data

• Prepare Conversion, Interface, and Workflow technical/functional specification documents.

• Prepare Data Archiving Strategy and Records Retention strategy /procedural documents Data Governance CRUD Workflow and Content/Rules definition documents.
