Join our Global Sales Operations team as a Sales & Operations Planning Lead. The S&OP Lead is responsible for developing the necessary allocation plans and supply requests to meet dealer needs in an equitable and standardized fashion for motorcycles.

Here's what you'll do:

• Effectively collaborate with the demand teams, the product supply teams, order entry and logistics to ensure the appropriate product or production is distributed equitably within the US Dealer Network

• Carefully manage model level supply plan and the US allocation system

• Coordinate the equitable allocation of scarce product; efficiently manage the excess and obsolete product, and achieve inventory utilization within the dealer network

• Drive continuous improvement on motorcycle allocation

• Work closely with dealer network: assisting with production allocation concerns or needs; on-boarding new dealers on the allocation process

• Present data to leadership and dealer forums

Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is preferred.

Experience Required

• A minimum of 8 years relevant experience in sales & operations planning.

• Complex data set analytics experience preferred

• Strong Excel skills are needed in this role

• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders

• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
