Our Product Portfolio Planning group has an opening for an Associate Product Manager. The Product Planning and Service organization plans, launches and manages our portfolio of products for Motorcycles, Parts, Accessories and General Merchandise. This position assists in the discovery and representation of the Voice of the Customer in the development of new motorcycles from inception through launch and beyond. The Associate Product Manager seeks to understand the motorcycle market via primary and secondary research to help ensure the products on motorcycle Lifecycle Plan are innovative, aligned with the brand legend and represent customer wants and needs.

This is what you'll do:

• Assist in the creation of VOC statements based on the analysis of market research, customer and dealer insights, and stakeholder inputs.

• Capture and organize global insights, information and observations from various stakeholder groups to be incorporated into the Lifecycle Plan.

• Analyze and interpret data and recommend solutions based on data analysis.

• Seeks to improve the relevance of our products and the efficiency of our processes through continuous improvement.

• Motorcycle riding experience is preferred.
