Our Program Management team has an open opportunity for a Staff Program Manager. This position is responsible for successful delivery of motorcycle programs at Harley-Davidson. The Program Manager role is a critical position leading cross-functional areas within Product Development.

This is what you'll do:

• The Program Manager is expected to lead the development of complex program schedules, expense and capital budgeting, and resource forecasting for product development programs.

• As a Program Manager, this individual will fulfill the subject matter expert role for our Product Development Methodology (M9), scheduling, budget processes, including continuous improvement, training, and coaching of product delivery teams.

• This position is business-centric and the Program Manager will act as a liaison between business leaders and global teams.

Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related discipline is preferred.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone with..

A minimum of eight (8) years of program management experience. Additionally, they will have the following:

• Proven experience in developing and mainlining project plans.

• The ability to hold all team members accountable to commitments.

• Proven ability to foresee future risk and the ability to implement mitigation strategies.

• The ability to communicate technically with engineers and capable of understanding complexities in managing motorcycle programs.

• Technical aptitude to provide effective interface with stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and excellent verbal, written, organizational and prioritizing skills.
