Job Summary
The Harley-Davidson Motor Company headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is home to our Global Information Services (GIS) team providing technical solutions and support internationally to our employees and dealers.

The Information Management Manager manages the team responsible for the design of solutions within a specific technical Center of Expertise (COE) or portfolio in a manner that returns quantified business value. You will lead a Solutions Design group within a technical COE or portfolio responsible for designing, developing and implementing effective and efficient Reference & Master Data Management and Data Quality solutions. Your expectation is to work closely with the Solution Delivery and Process Technology Managers to ensure GIS service capabilities are positioned appropriately to respond to current and future business requirements.

Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Sciences or a related technical discipline. Advanced degree a plus. PMI certification desired.

Experience Required

• At least 8 years of senior-level experience in GIS application design and delivery, with a proven record of accomplishment in planning, managing, and delivering information systems, preferably in a consumer products, manufacturing, or distribution company.

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Reference & Master Data Management overseeing activities to ensure consistency with a "golden version" of contextual data values.

• Proven Data Quality Management experience in the planning, implementation managing activities that apply quality management techniques to measure, assess, improve and ensure the fitness of data for use.

• Demonstrated effective people management and development skills as well as proven ability to build and lead high energy and engaged teams.

• Experienced with all facets of departmental and project budgeting.

• Strong experience in, and orientation toward, solution design, project management and structured system development methodologies.
