This is what you'll do:

• Play a key role in the ongoing development and execution of retail and service strategies in support of dealer and Harley-Davidson Motor Company (HDMC) revenue growth

• Work with our regions and markets, driving best practices into our dealerships to drive the Harley-Davidson Customer Experience (HDCX) and retail growth

• Lead work for gathering dealer and retail insights and also provide in-depth retail knowledge to HDMC stakeholders

• Develop retail best practices and implementation plans

• Sustain performance support tools and ensure existing processes evolve to support both our global field teams and dealers in developing retail capabilities

• Partner with internal and external team members to use retail data and customer insights to prioritize our retail focus in training development, continuing education, and performance support tools

• Support and deliver key corporate and/or HDU initiatives

Education Required
Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing and/or communications or related discipline is preferred.

Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is highly desired.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone…

• Who typically has eight years of related experience

• With a minimum of three years of work with a dealer network or in a dealership is required

• Who has motorcycle product knowledge

• Who has project and change management experience

• Who demonstrates collaboration, cooperation, and teamwork

• Who is well organized and able to handle a number of varied activities simultaneously

• Who is a self-starter, resourceful and innovative and can work with a minimum of direction.

• Who is a proven leader capable of motivating others through change and growth

• Who has strong interpersonal and communication skills
