The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is home to the Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) providing long-term support of our products after they are launched into commerce. Join our team as a Lead within the Indirect Procurement department and help support IT procurement activities.

This is what you'll do:

• Provide influential leadership, strategy, and global compliance for IT spend.

• Develop strategic plans for the implementation of major indirect procurement activities essential to achieving work unit plans' goals and objectives focusing on quality, cost, timing, and compliance.

• Be responsible for contract execution including (but not limited to) complex professional service agreements, pricing negotiations, licensing, XaaS, statement of work development, data security, risk mitigation, service level agreements, key performance indicators and minimum insurance requirements for software, hardware, telecom and service delivery categories.

• Lead the development and execution of IT category plans and sourcing strategies that include industry trends, spend analytics, project pipeline, cost savings and resource planning activities.

• Develop and execute cost savings strategies to support company goals and departmental commitments.

• Engage and collaborate with internal Legal, Risk and Security departments to ensure contract agreement compliance pertaining to legal implications; terms and conditions required to protect the company - ownership, intellectual property, data security and liability/indemnification.

• Deliver value to the organization through developing RFx documents, evaluating supplier proposals (scope, cost, timing, resource modeling, risk, etc.), supplier recommendation and qualification in order to ensure project success.

Education Required
A bachelor's degree in supply chain, information technology, business administration, or equivalent is preferred.

Experience Required

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of eight (8) years of demonstrated performance in technical competencies of procurement, information technologies, and/or contract management.

• Possess a global view of information technology competency, capabilities, direction and industry trends for hardware, software, telecom and service delivery.
