This is what you'll do:

• Create parts catalogs as well as provide other forms of parts information to the dealer network. These catalogs and related information are essential in assisting the dealers in ordering and providing the correct service parts for our customer's motorcycles. Technical accuracy and on-time delivery of these materials is critical for customer and stakeholder satisfaction.

• Research product changes using various engineering information systems including change notices, bills of materials, CAD models and part/assembly drawings.

• Coordinate the development of supporting figures/illustrations.

• Work in a team environment in order to collaborate on shared topics and support the collective timing goals for product launch activities. Must be able to arbitrate stakeholder input as part of the review process to achieve timely results.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone...

• Typically has a minimum of two (2) years of related experience.

• Who has a high level of computer-based publishing aptitude including XML (or HTML) publishing of technical content.

• Who is proficient in file management as well as MS Office and Adobe creative suite software.

• Who demonstrates excellent organizational skills and ability to work with changing priorities and deadlines.

• Who has basic mechanical ability including knowledge and safe use of hand tools in order to disassemble and assemble motorcycles, parts, accessories, and electrical systems in order to update and/or create procedures.
