Join our team as a Consumer Research Lead and support the organization with consumer insight and research relative to global consumers and markets of Harley-Davidson products, services, and experiences.

This is what you'll do:
- Develop consumer insight through research for key business partners, playing a key role in helping implement insights into business strategy.
- Integrate data from relevant sources to identify challenges, opportunities, and implications for achieving H-D business goals.
- Analyze and distill the data into patterns, trends, and insights, develop clear and concise communications related to both insights and implications, and simplify complex ideas and present them well.
- Spearhead the integration of learning and presentation to all levels within the organization.

Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Market Research or a related field is preferred.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone:
- With a minimum of 8 years of business analysis experience with specific emphasis on business/marketing research and consumer, retail and market insights - preferably with consumer brands.
- Who has proven business acumen and demonstrated ability to conduct, manage and synthesize consumer, retail, market, and product data and deliver strategic insights supporting overarching corporate strategies.
- Who demonstrates strong organizational and time management/prioritization skills. Demonstrated experience in integrating disparate sources of information into a coherent "story" that answers specific business hypotheses.
- With the ability to influence across the organization at multiple levels and build collaborative, productive relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.
- With the ability to coach, counsel and develop others' experience.
- With a true team spirit who thrives on working as part of an enthusiastic and energetic team, and inspiring others; demonstrating a collaborative approach to achieving results and encouraging the inputs and ideas of others. Understands the importance of active listening in the role.
- Who demonstrates a global perspective and understanding, thinking across borders and cultures.
- Preferably with experience with motorcycle product, markets, and consumers
