Join our team as the Manager of Financial Reporting and help lead our global consolations and external financial reporting functions, manage various corporate accounting processes and play a central role in the Company's compliance with new and existing accounting rules and regulations. In the near term, this will include the adoption of new accounting rules related to revenue recognition and leases. In fulfilling these responsibilities, this individual will be required to work effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization including senior management and to collaborate with individuals across functional and geographic areas.

This is what you'll do:

• Manage monthly global consolidations process, including the preparation of parent company financial statements

• Manage external financial reporting process, including the preparation of external financial statements and disclosures as required by U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) (Form 10-Q, Form 10-K and Form 11-K)

• Interface with and support independent auditors

• Monitor and remain informed on new and proposed accounting and regulatory developments and evaluate their potential effect on financial statements

• Lead the implementation of new U.S. GAAP

• Manage corporate accounting processes including: Derivatives, debt, share-based compensation, defined-benefit retirement plans and shareholders' equity

• Lead and develop staff

• Lead efforts to comply with U.S. GAAP across multiple domestic and international entities

• Support the finance organization and business partners by providing consultation and guidance on accounting and reporting matters

Education Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required. CPA certification is required.

Experience Required

• Minimum of 8 years of public accounting and/or large corporate financial reporting experience

• Experience with SEC reporting and knowledge of U.S. GAAP is required

• Experience with Workiva, SAP and Microsoft Office Applications is preferred
