Our York, PA Vehicle Operations plant provides machining, fabrication, paint and final assembly of all Softail and Touring models, and builds limited edition custom models. Join us as Manufacturing Supervisor on 3rd shift in the Fabrication area.

Here's what you'll do:

• Be Responsible for the day-to-day coordination and support of bargaining unit employees in rotation groups the fabrication area

• Support rotation groups to achieve department metrics for safety, quality, delivery, cost, people and sustainability.

• Act as a key link in the help chain for the rotation groups and team leaders.

• Provide mentoring, resources, tools, and direction needed for the value adders to be as effective and efficient as possible.

• Spend the majority of the time on the shop floor

Education Required
Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Experience Required
- Requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience
- Previous experience in a unionized high-volume production or manufacturing focused environment is preferred.
- Prior knowledge and/or experience advising high performance work groups and experience with implementation and monitoring of Statistical Process Control systems, ISO9001 processes and an ability to jointly lead work groups with Union leadership is a plus. -
Demonstrated performance in the areas of leadership, change management and continuous improvement.
- Must be consistent and dependable in carrying out supervisor duties independently with minimal direction.
