Join our Commercial Demand team as a Sales & Operations Planning Lead and influence global Sales and Operations Planning for motorcycles.

In this position, you will lead the coordination and development of the integrated assigned market(s) retail and wholesale forecasts and inventory (company and dealer) as well as assist with production plans with relevant stakeholders to maximize volume growth on a worldwide basis.

Education Required
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience Required
Typically requires at least 8 years of related experience including:

• Demonstrated experience in supply chain management of forecasting leadership with project management, meeting facilitation and business process development experience

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

• Proficient in data analysis and ability to analyze data on a problem-to-solution level and make appropriate recommendations

• Ability to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects

• Advanced statistical forecasting knowledge and experience

*Knowledge of motorcycles, parts & accessories, and/or general merchandise/retail is preferred.
