The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Corporate Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is home to the Parts and Accessories team - responsible for design, development, and delivery of exciting new products that fortify our leadership in Customization. Join our team as a Paralegal and help support the Legal Department.

Here's what you'll do:

• This position provides paralegal services for the Legal Department in several areas, for example: corporate, licensing, dealer, international, products liability, legal trademark, etc., to facilitate the effective handling of legal matters.

Education Required
Degree not required. Paralegal certificate required.

Experience Required

• Requires at least two years of paralegal job experience in a law firm or corporation in the corporate law/contracts area.

• Knowledge/experience in one or more relevant substantive areas is a plus, e.g. trademark, litigation, securities, licensing, finance, dealer matters, etc.

• Ability to analyze and respond to routine situations independently.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to plan, research, gather facts and follow through.

• Must be able to effectively prioritize multiple issues, organize daily tasks and meet tight deadlines and provide strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a team environment, collaborate with others and promote a team environment is necessary.

• Problem solving, project management, analytical and computer skills are important.

• Must have the ability to work well with a variety of people at every level of the company.

• Must have the ability to maintain confidential information.
