The Harley-Davidson Motor Company Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI is home to the Enterprise Contact Center (ECC) providing long-term support of our products after they are launched into commerce. Join our team as a Customer Service Representative and serve as a front line representative to our dealers.

**The role is fairly technical/mechanical in nature as you will be providing product support to our dealers in many cases.**

The ECC is open weekday evenings and weekends. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work a flexible shift including BOTH evenings and Saturdays.

This is what you'll do:
- Provide unmatched over-the-phone service support to H-D dealers by responding to a variety of inquiries while managing timely communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- You'll be asked to make some decisions without established resolution methods and need to work with multiple areas of the business to get the job done!
- There are also opportunities to be involved in cross-functional problem solving teams and quality improvement initiatives within Customer Care and the ECC
- It's essential that you work closely with a diverse team of other passionate Representatives to stay abreast of the newest HDMC products and accessories

Degree not required.

Experience Required
We are looking for someone...
- With at least two years combined experience in customer service/account management, wholesale customer relationship management, call center, or order system management
- With experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Who is able to effectively communicate, influence and resolve issues using various methods (telephone, email, face-to-face, etc.)
- With demonstrated ability to work successfully within a team
- Who has excellent math skills are required such as calculating percentages
- With strong computer skills, including experience with Windows applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint) required
- Second language skills highly desirable
- Prefer experience in query/reporting tool(s) such as AS400
