Job Summary
The purpose of this position is to assist with all international tax aspects of Harley-Davidson, Inc. and their global operating subsidiaries. Responsibilities will include financial analysis and monitoring, preparation of US income tax provisions and returns, collection and analysis of foreign income tax provisions and returns, global transfer pricing analysis and documentation, support of US and foreign income tax audits, tax research and support of SOX compliance and documentation of internal controls.

This position will provide tax support to internal stakeholders on a variety of international tax and transfer pricing topics, including financial systems and reporting. This position reports to the Director of International Tax and will work closely with international tax personnel, foreign controllers and directors and global finance personnel

Education Required
This position requires a Bachelor's degree; accounting or finance major preferred. A CPA designation and/or a Masters in Taxation or a Juris Doctorate (JD) is a plus, as is prior experience in tax or international tax.

Experience Required
This position requires three (3) years of related work. In addition, successful candidate will possess the following:

• focus on detail and comfort with the collection and analysis of large amounts of global financial and tax data

• desire and ability to learn and apply tax concepts, detailed tax requirements and continuous tax law changes

• genuine interest in understanding the global business operations and transaction flows of the Company

• strong problem solving skills, initiative and work ethic

• agility to respond to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment and developed time management skills

• demonstrated organization skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• experience and comfort working both independently and as part of a larger team

• proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software, knowledge of tax software or financial accounting software is a plus
