ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Procuring finished good products (domestic and overseas)
  2. Demand and Inventory Management
  3. Creating and Monitoring Schedules
  4. Other reasonably related duties as assigned
  5. There is a significant amount of internal interaction with the marketing, sales and design departments.  The role also requires working closely with Hallmark and other key vendors.

Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • One or more years of work experience in business, supply chain, or logistics 

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
  • APICS Supply Chain Professional Certification or SPSM Certification
  • IBF Professional Forecaster Certification
  • Microsoft Project Orange Belt Certification
  • Clear and concise communication to external business partners and upper management
  • Ability to balance multiple product lines with different due dates and requirements
  • High capacity and ability to multi task effectively
  • Skilled in negotiation
  • Knowledge and experience with Databases, Spreadsheets, word processing, etc.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving ability
  • Understanding of and appreciation of DaySpring mission
