The Retail Operations and Training department supports the entire Hallmark Gold Crown Retail Division’s strategic goals in managing, planning, developing, organizing, and executing Hallmark Gold Crown’s training, operations, conferences, and gift shows, which support the success of the network’s wholesale and retail business.
The Program Development Administrator reports to the Retail Operations Director and is responsible for supporting the development, planning, and accurate and timely execution of national retail training and execution programs, meetings and events, and Gold Crown operations support all designed to educate and elevate the Hallmark brand customer experience and improve the productivity and profitability of the Hallmark Gold Crown retail stores. This work impacts Hallmark Gold Crown owners, managers and sales associates, the Customer Development team and Corporate Store group the their field personnel from Regional Managers to Sales Associates.

This position is also responsible for Gold Crown Account Management activities specific to ownership changes, closing accounts, dis-enrollments, opening accounts, Gold Crown conversions, and the legal tracking and archiving of documents specific to these functions.

The successful candidate will be extremely detail oriented and timely with a strong drive to succeed as part of a team. Flexibility and the ability to deal with and thrive in an environment of constant change is a must.

This is a part time position working 25 hours per week.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of professional work experience.
  • 3+ years of administrative, office management or customer service experience.
