The Walmart Office Administrator supports the National Sales & Customer Strategy Director (NSCSD) in managing all daily operational activities and business activities of the Hallmark Bentonville office.
Responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and coordinate Bentonville-based customer & team meetings.
  • Manage calendar for the NSCSD and assist with preparing for meetings with Walmart and various community events.
  • Serves as the daily point person with local suppliers, Walmart, and the Trade Relations Department in Kansas City to ensure appropriate participation in charitable events.
  • Responsible for overseeing the cleanliness of the office and ensuring adequate supplies, resources, and tools are available. Work with outside contractors and building owner to ensure the most cost-effective and quality services are being provided.
  • Ensure bills are paid in a timely manner.
  • Address concerns and issues and recommend change to improve overall operation.

Requirements:

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma, GED or higher.
  • 3 years of office management or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with Adobe Acrobat.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to create strong relationships and work effectively with internal and external business partners.
  • Strong team player that is versatile and willing to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Strong decision making skills based upon good judgment and experience.
  • Must take initiative and be a self-starter.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Quick learner.
  • High level of comfort using technology and internet.

This position is located in Bentonville, AR. Relocation will not be provided.
