  • Under direct supervision, demonstrates creativity and judgment in solving problems during field support projects - related to chemical products and engineering processes.
  • Performs laboratory testing and data analysis at the direction of technical leaders and advisors.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of Cementing products, processes, and their application.
  • Participates in the performance of project activities as directed by project leaders and management.
  • May apply basic fluid mechanics theory and design to the rheological characterization of fluids.
  • May acquire knowledge of and utilize standard API testing equipment and processes.
  • Learns and utilizes project management skills in the organization and execution of project assignments as necessary.
  • Demonstrates innovation by contributing ideas or new processes which accomplish project goals.
  • Incorporates HSE awareness, regulations, best practices, product/process reliability and quality into projects which support of field operations.
  • Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations.



  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Chemical Technology or similar discipline and at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Qualified candidates must have previous experience in Cement Laboratory Testing.
  • Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
