Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Providence, RI office.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Answer phones and greet visitors.
* General administrative duties including document production in MS Word and Excel.
* Collate and assemble various client reports and documents.
* Schedule correspondence and coordinate with clients and sub-consultants.
* Maintain an organized and efficient file management system.
* Maintain project logs.
* Coordinate with contractors' staff.
* Data entry and review of spreadsheets to maintain current and accurate databases.
* Coordinate events and conferences.


* High School Diploma.
* At least 2 years of administrative experience.
* Previous experience in an engineering company preferred.
* Dependable, detail-oriented and energetic.
* Excellent communication, organizational and administrative skills.
* Able to interact well with clients and all staff levels.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong computer skills in MS Office.
