Job Description

Internship Overview

Our Internship Program is a paid 10-week learning experience where you will be immersed in the daily environment of a thriving Fortune 250 global financial services company.

You will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily business interactions and job assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business, interact with senior leaders in conversational settings, and network with employees and interns across our regional offices.

Enterprise Portfolio Business Analyst Intern

As part of the Strategy, Governance & Transformation Office, you will tackle a current challenge or opportunity the team is working to address and manage delivery of a solution from concept to delivery. You'll gain experience in understanding how companies define strategies, formulate and fund initiatives, and execute across organizations and agile teams. Through the internship you will:

* Select a current challenge from the team's backlog of work.
* Assist in problem identification and root cause analysis with stakeholders.
* Assist in requirements gathering, feature identification, and delivery dependencies
* Partner with team members to build prototypes, demo, and iterate them to a final solution
* Participate and engage in building lean business cases for existing portfolio solutions
* Participate in Portfolio Operations Sync and other portfolio level meetings to manage scope and dependencies across agile release trains, organizations and teams
* Learn how the company is organized by lines of business and functions, and how strategies map to execution to create customer experiences and achieve business outcomes
* Gain valuable, transferrable knowledge in amazon web services, Scaled Agile Framework, and business architecture

Qualifications

* BS in Economics, Management or Business Administration
* Interest in Strategy, Business Transformation or Consulting
