Job Description

Provide technical support for a Managed Services Customer. This position will start with swiveling tickets between the company Incident Management Tool and the customers Incident Management Tool, and ultimately grow into full network management responsibilities.

  • Responsible for proactive network monitoring, trouble isolation and resolution of incidents with LAN, WAN, and WLAN technologies.
  • Must have 3+ years hands-on experience configuring, managing, and troubleshooting Routers and Switches in a fast pace production environment.
  • Requires strong verbal and written communications skills as well as exceptional customer service skills.
  • Need to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and posse strong decision-making skills.
