What you get to do in your 1 st job out of college:

- You will be a part of a high-performance global team, and will work on analyzing, designing, installing, administering, maintaining, and troubleshooting broad network systems

- Work in an Agile environment with passionate, innovative and talented technologies

- Work collaboratively with Network, Systems, Dev Ops, and Database Engineers, and partner with both GapTech and the Business

- Work in a fast-paced iterative infrastructure environment

- Gain exposure to business stakeholders such as fashion designers, product planning/development, merchants and many others

What you need to know to be successful:

- BS/BA Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or experience

- Familiarity and exposure to technical concepts in Linux, Windows operating systems

- Be Interested in tweaking/tuning/experimenting with Linux/Windows

- Knowledge of Service Operations concepts (ITIL) and networking protocols

- The ability to work in a flexible work environment

- A desire to be highly collaborative

- An excitement about cutting-edge technologies

- Openness to continuous feedback for constant growth and improvement

- The courage to stand up to do the right thing

- The strength to challenge good ideas to make them great
