Dinner Line Cook

The Contemporary American dinner program is regarded as one of the top in Colorado. Experience in similar kitchen required. Come and join our young, passionate and talented staff. Dinner only. Hourly and year round based on experience, ski pass included.

Dinner Line Cook Responsibilities

  • Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
  • Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
  • Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Answer, report and follow executive or sous chef’s instructions
  • Clean up station and take care of leftover food
  • Stock inventory appropriately
  • Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Perched on the hillside adjacent to Beaver Creek ski slopes the view from the floor to ceiling windows is simply enormous. With a panorama from the ski slopes to a wide valley, the beauty is well observed from everywhere in the room. Arrive from within the resort via complimentary Beaver Creek shuttle that responds to your call for a ride. If arriving by private vehicle, complimentary parking by valet is available. The dress code is “Smart Casual”- jeans to jackets.

Grouse Mountain Grill is located in The Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek Resort at 141 Scott Hill Road, in Beaver Creek, Colorado. Complimentary valet parking is available on site.
