Job Description

Group Transportation Services (GTS), an Ascent Global Logistics company providing comprehensive transportation services to clients nationwide is seeking an energetic customer service oriented freight auditor to join our team. This candidate will assist with research, resolution and obtaining paperwork from our carriers. This position requires a self-motivated individual who excels at problem solving, has good follow-up skills, is accurate with data entry, and enjoys communicating with internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong customer service skills in both written and oral communication
  • Research and resolve discrepancies
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Image pertinent documents
  • Data entry accuracy

Skills Required:

  • Team player with good communications skills
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Analytical thinker and problem-solver
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Works with limited supervision
  • Customer service oriented
  • Experience in the transportation or logistics field preferred
