GROUNDFLOOR

Groundfloor is Fintech. Groundfloor is the first and only real estate lending marketplace open to non-accredited investors. Before Groundfloor, only accredited investors had access to the diversification, risk-adjusted returns & control available via private market investments. Groundfloor opens the door to short-term, high-yield returns backed by real estate. We bring together individual investors looking for short-term lending investments and borrowers looking for short-term financing for their specific real estate projects! Our borrowers get access to more flexible, faster and cheaper capital than a traditional bank or a hard-money lender. Investors get access to short-term, high-yield investments offering returns that average over 10%. We are Dynamic and are making great things happen! GROUNDFLOOR's first offering four years ago was available only to residents of Georgia. In 2014 and 2015, we quietly prototyped the original version of Groundfloor under the innovative Invest Georgia Exemption. After 18 months of regulatory and product development, we became the first issuer with a security like ours to qualify with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Regulation A. For the past two years, we have operated under Tier I of those rules, which allowed us to offer securities with concurrent federal and state-level qualification. Our work with state and federal regulators made our product offering and our company better. Still, two-thirds of the U.S. investor population were left out. We have always been eager to bring GROUNDFLOOR to the rest of the country. With our lending operations ready to supply more than the Tier I limit allowed, we recently decided to request qualification under Tier II, tripling our addressable market and paving the way to start offering our securities to over 200 million individual investors in all 50 U.S. states. With our new Tier II approval, we are ramping up loan volume to satisfy our investor demand. The ideal Processor candidate will be a huge contributor to our business and help to take GROUNDFLOOR to the next level.

PROCESSOR
Job Description

*Oversees the processing of our lending team. Both Direct/Retail and Third Party Origination.

*Responsible for daily pipeline management, adherence to workflow and timelines.

*Works in concurrence with Sales, Operations, Asset Management, Investor Care and Leadership to deliver an extraordinary internal and external customer experience.

*Work closely with all members of the Operations Team and Sales Team to meet borrower's expectations of closing.

*Excellent Communicator. Communicates successes, process flow, ideas, changes, issues, challenges, and projections to leadership and team.

*Ensures team is kept current on all policies, investor guidelines and product information.

*Provides training, coaching and mentoring to new hires, to ensure performance.

*Works w/ team on process improvements, new techniques and ensures each team member is meeting performance standards.

*Provide accurate closing instructions and closing packages within appropriate time frames.

*Partner with external parties and third party vendors throughout the process to ensure efficient, quality closings.

*Key participant in LOS/Servicing system specification, selection and integration.

*Balance attention to detail with swift execution. We need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well. Balancing those can be challenging, and this should be a strength

*Contagious passion and empathy for our Borrower/Investor, with the tenacity to help ensure that we have a transparent, robust process while maintaining proper operational control and regulatory compliance
