Part-Time Staffing Coordinator- MUST BE A CNA

Park Meadows Health and Rehab, a 154 bed rehab community, has an opportunity for a Interim Staffing Coordinator to join our team! The Interim Staffing Coordinator is responsible for:

* Development and continual monitoring of the work schedules for nursing department to meet customer care needs
* Adjusts staffing according to available staff and reports changes to appropriate supervisors
* Ensure accuracy of the time report
* Verify hours worked daily, bonus hours, overtime hours and benefit days
* Calculate staffing based on adjusted census daily.

Requirements for Interim Staffing Coordinator position:

* High School equivalent education.
* Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in the state of Florida.
* Basic knowledge and understanding of the principle of scheduling and staffing.
* Must be able to understand and maintain staffing needs within regulatory guidelines with regards to daily staffing.
* Must be able to relate positively with others.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Knowledge of computer systems preferred.
* Professional appearance and manner.
* High moral standards.
* Ability to work scheduled hours and take on call as needed.
