Job Summary
Accountable for Patient Intake, entering demographics, and all information pertaining to proper billing and collections. Ensures that billing and claims are sent out timely and are followed up on. Assist customers with all equipment and supplies as needed. Exhibits excellent customer service skills when interacting with Customers, Referral Sources, and Co-Workers.
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Education
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum Experience
3 years- Patient Accounts, Medical Collecting, Medical Posting or Customer Service.
