Greenheck is looking for a Logistics Analyst to work with customer service, meeting customer delivery expectations and on-time delivery. Role is also responsible for a variety of Logistics office duties including processes and procedures to achieve accurate and timely shipping paperwork.  This is done in support of corporate objectives for on-time delivery.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Generate and review outbound delivery reports to support on time shipping
  • Daily support of Sales with respect to cost effective freight solutions including but not limited to expedited freight quotes and expedited freight alternatives
  • Processing freight claims, return goods authorizations, re-consignments, storage approval, detention, and various customer service requests as needed
  • Administrative support for internal systems
  • Export documentation support
  • Review and determine carrier changes
  • Tactical problem solving of day to day shipping issues
  • Develop and cross-train to support all customer service office activities
  • Maintain daily inbound and outbound delivery monitor reports
  • Support Pre and Post Shipment request from Sales team
  • Customer updates including tracking and POD’s
  • Manage the transportation support email inbox and address daily as required

Business Unit Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and support training documentation for the Sales support team
  • Daily support of Sales Team with respect to shipping status of various Sales Orders

Job Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, and additional technical training in supply chain required
  • Between 3-5 years of work experience is required
  • Moderate analytical ability required
  • Familiarity period is between 1 and 2 years
  • Communication skills with internal and external customers required

Business Unit Specific Qualifications:

Understanding of transportation industry and warehouse operations helpful
