ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Professional Staff, the Nursing Assistant performs certain non-complex duties related to patient care and functioning of the unit including but not limited to blood pressure, blood glucose monitoring, vital signs, and personal care of the patient. Functions to support and assist the staff in the delivery of patient care to varied age groups while providing a calm, caring and clean environment.QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma/GED required SKILLS AND ABILITIES: - Strong verbal communication and listening skills, required - Effective interpersonal skills, requiredLICENSES AND CERTIFICATIONS:Nursing Assistant - Certified, Upon hire, preferredBasic Life Support (BLS), Within 2 weeks of hire, required
