Special Programs Project Manager

We are seeking to hire a Project Manager for our Special Programs Department. This position will manage the planning and implementation of projects for the Special Programs Department and maintain all appropriate project deliverables and responsibilities. For example: project scheduling, change management, issue management, status reporting and working with appropriate personnel to assess risk when necessary. The Project Manager will assist in the creation, management and documentation processes for review and evaluation of proposals, as well as participate in these review processes with an emphasis on testing the outcomes of each proposal. When necessary the Project Manager may use third party expertise to aid in the assessment and evaluation of proposals.

Minimum of five (5) years project management experience with preference given to experience in health or mental health treatment setting. Bachelor's Degree required; continuing education related to Project Management preferred. Generous Benefit Package MVR & Criminal Background performed. Currently, Grand Lake Mental Health Center, Inc. operates facilities in Afton (Ottawa County), Bartlesville (Washington County), Claremore (Rogers County), Grove (Delaware County), Miami (Ottawa County), Nowata (Nowata County), Pryor (Mayes County), and Vinita (Craig County). Each office has its own administrative support and service staff and each functions somewhat differently according to the needs and resources of the community it serves. The Administrative office, located in Nowata, provides overall administration, planning, funding, training, coordination and support services. The Board of Directors, consisting of two members from each county in the Service Area, is the governing body of the organization.
