*Scheduling flexibility is required*

Imperial's Customer Service department is staffed 6:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. Training for 2-3 months is 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Following training, shifts are assigned based on performance and tenure within the department.  

 

Customer Service Representatives support Imperial's Inside Sales department and external customers resolve problems and inquiries.  

  • Provide administrative support including recording, entering, and processing customer orders
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication to resolve customer problems and questions
  • Confirm deliveries, trace shipments, and other processes related to receipt/return of product
  • Assist with cross-referencing/research related projects as assigned

 

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma and 1-2 years of data entry or customer service experience required
  • Post high school education and 3 years of experience in a fast-paced inbound customer service environment preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to navigate/toggle between screens/systems, strong computer and typing skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and interruptions
