Due to aggressive growth, we are adding a Sales Trainer. We are seeking a creative individual who has experience in a sales driven environment with a passion for teaching others the skills to be successful. 

The Sales Trainer will be responsible for:

  • Working with sales management to assess the skills of Inside Sales Representatives, determine skills gaps and develop and design training that will fill these gaps. 
  • Developing/conducting advanced sales skills training
  • Facilitating one-on-one, group classroom and e-learning modules

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years relevant training/facilitation experience preferred
  • Associates degree or equivalent work experience required
  • Will consider candidates with business-to-business sales background with a basic understanding of adult learning concepts or candidates with strong training design/development background and business acumen
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to assess individual training needs and determine training methods and tools to meet training objectives.
