Job Purpose:

The position will support the Accounts Receivable Team. As an Intern, one will get exposure to the credit and cash application departments and learn more about Graco as a company.

Intern will ideally work part-time during the spring semester and full-time during the Summer.

Essential Duties:

* Assist credit representatives with customer deductions
* Work with cash application specialists to align deductions and repayments
* Maintain deduction database
* Assist with projects involving around ERP conversion and data integrity
* Assist with implementation of cash automation system
* Work on special projects
* May have contact with customers by phone and/or email

Position Requirements:

* High School Graduate
* Minimum one year of college with a major or concentration in Accounting or Finance is required (can be a student seeking a two-year degree in accounting
* Strong team player with ability to work with internal and external customers
* Ability to organize and prioritize workload
* Analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Excellent PC and Excel spreadsheet skills
