Job Description

We are currently accepting applications for the winter season for the following positions:

Call Center Agent

Answer incoming calls from customers to take orders by performing the following duties:

  • Answer telephone in a professional and helpful manner.
  • Recommend, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales, merchandise and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
  • Provide customers with product and service information.
  • Correspond professional and accurately with customers via email or live chats.
  • Process orders.

Sales Associate

Full-time or part-time seasonal positions available. Experienced retail sales professional responsible for selling luxury brand skiwear, accessories, and apparel for women and men. Must be available evenings and weekends.

Ski Technician

This is a full-time seasonal position starting in mid to late November. Responsibilities include outfitting customers with proper equipment in a timely and friendly manner; fitting boots, adjusting bindings, and mounting bindings; assisting in the selling of retail merchandise; keeping the store organized and inviting; and transporting equipment in the local area. Previous ski shop experience required; strong knowledge of skis, bindings, and boots required; outstanding customer service and follow-up skills; Colorado driver’s license with good driving record helpful.

Warehouse Manager

This position is located in our Eagle-Vail, Colorado location and is responsible for the daily operations of our warehouse. Job duties include: Plan and direct the daily operations including receiving, marking, warehousing, distribution and maintenance. Maintaining inventory accuracy by following our inventory management protocol. Maintaining an organized, clean and safe warehouse environment and enforcing all OSHA guidelines and regulations. Managing budget and controlling expenses effectively. Fleet management.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; assigning daily work assignments; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Desired Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree from four year accredited college or university and a minimum of seven years of related experience in a distribution or warehouse environment. Proficient is warehouse management system methodology and concepts. Knowledge of Aptos (formerly Epicor) retail software helpful. Proficiency in Excel and Word required. Strong leadership skills and exceptional organizational and problem solving skills.
