Job Description

Fluke is seeking an experienced and energetic recruiter to support our university recruiting efforts at key national and regional schools. The ideal candidate will have recruiting experience at universities and a strong understanding of full lifecycle recruiting. This role will be based out of Everett, WA - A true reverse commute for candidates located in the greater Seattle area and eastside neighborhoods (free parking too). We're looking for a communicative, team player that is detail-oriented and passionate about providing a high touch candidate experience across our university channels.

Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment process for both university and intern hiring, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
* Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and goals, and to develop, implement, and execute a custom hiring strategy
* Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, generating offer letters, etc.
* Foster relationships with key stakeholders, using data insights to help influence and inform key talent decisions
* Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
* Act as internal and external-facing representative of Fluke and the talent acquisition team
* Experience partnering with senior hiring managers and other stakeholders throughout the recruiting cycle
* Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with management and key cross-functional stakeholders internally (e.g. Recruiting, HR, Compensation, and Diversity teams)
* Collaborate with others on the recruiting team on initiatives and/or hiring needs that may spike in other areas
* Partner with operating companies across Fortive to collaborate on shared campus recruiting efforts
* Execute the recruiting process end to end while effectively utilizing the process, systems and tools (full life cycle recruiting)
* Proactively cold call passive candidates and articulate Fluke's products to create a compelling story and gain candidate interest
* Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing timely, accurate, relevant feedback to internal & external candidates
* Assess applicant/candidate quality, skills, and fit to identify the best candidate key university hiring needs
* Maintain effective relationships with candidates through the recruiting process
* Negotiate with candidates against counter-offers
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience is highly preferred
* 2 years of full cycle recruiting and/or university experience with 4 years recruiting experience
* Embodies the Fluke/Fortive values in contributing to a culture of a growth-mindset and inclusiveness
* Preferred knowledge of working with an (ATS) applicant tracking system
* Understands business priorities and executes with a strong sense of urgency
* Sets accurate expectations with candidates and hiring managers alike regarding hiring process
* Quickly able to learn new roles and requirements and consistently builds knowledge
* Strong communication both verbal and written
